Information Collected Automatically When You Visit Our Website:

The sections above describe information you give us. Separately, a small amount of information is collected automatically when you simply browse our website:

  • Analytics: We measure website traffic with Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused service. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not store your IP address, and does not assign you an identifier that can follow you to other websites. It cannot be used to single you out, the data is never sold, and it is not shared with advertising networks. Because it collects no personal information, it runs on every visit; we disclose it rather than ask you to consent to it.
  • Maps: Pages showing our facility’s location embed a map from Google. Loading it sends your IP address and the page address to Google, under Google’s own privacy policy. We do not receive that information and do not use it for analytics or advertising.
  • Inquiry forms: If you send us an inquiry through a form on the site, what you type (your name, phone number, email address, the date you need storage, and your message) is stored in the website’s own database and emailed to the shared address our team and our web agency monitor, so that someone can reply to you. It is used to answer your inquiry and manage any rental that follows — not to build a marketing profile or to target advertising at you.
  • Server logs: Our hosting provider keeps automatic records of requests to the site, including IP addresses, for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults. These are not used to track you across websites.

We use no advertising or remarketing tags, no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta pixel, and no session-replay or heatmap tools.
